WRF(X) is a Web application for generating an electronic delivery of Request for Proposals, Request for Information, Request for Quotes, Request for Qualifications and other various meaningful proposals. Many companies have attempted to automate the proposal bidding process but can only manage to generate static entry and documents to assists in the RFP process. This process is cumbersome with long timelines for distribution to award.
WRF(X) is a new approach to an age-old problem. Via a browser, a customer can dynamically build their request, rate the response, electronically compare the bidders and formulate a contract. The entire process is stored electronically; therefore historical requirements for validating the bidding process are tracked and maintained.
It is easy to understand the complexity of organization several disparate groups in order to prepare one consolidated proposal. Every organization can assign one or many users to complete the necessary parts of the proposal. One master/leader is assigned to "freeze" the proposal when the proposal is ready to send to bid. The same holds true for the bidder; they can assign one or many users to respond to the proposal.
Having a proposal in electronic format can increase the number of respondents and the quality of the responses. Once a proposal is "frozen", the bid is available real time to the bidders. The bidders can focus their attention on what the customer has requested vs. spending their efforts attempting to interpret what they feel is meaningful. All bidders come in the same playing field, in order to ensure fairness in the bidding process.
WRF(X) is built in a Wizard technology; enabling novice users to build their proposals with almost no training. The user can rate each question based upon the value they want to assign to the question and distribute the answer set based upon the response given by the bidder. For questions that are "free text", the Wizard ensures all responses are rated. Bidders are rated from a highest to lowest category. This tool only suggests which bidders are more qualified than others via the assignment of the questions. Proposals may be tweaked once responses are evaluated by the application.
WRF(X) eliminates the need for preparing 10+ response documents because everything is stored on-line. WRF(X) dynamically creates the Proposal and Responses based upon the electronic data stored in its engine.
WRF(X) generates proposals and bids in both MS Word and PDF formats. The document generation is beneficial to both the customer and bidder; no more trying to assemble disparate types of technologies and documents. In addition to document generation, bidders can upload other forms of material, such as spreadsheets, word documents, images, pdf's any other types of material necessary to entail in the bidding process.
WRF(X) reduces time and controls the proposal process. Instead of internally emailing an old proposal copy, all client users can access the most recent data on-line. Proposal set up is a breeze; taking only hours for the first client proposal. All client proposals will conform to an established standard. Standards can also change without redelivering the proposals; a base template is developed by the client proposal team.
